Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Sheraton Kiroro Resort had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic for skiing, and the views from the room were stunning. While I appreciated the excellent service from the staff, particularly the front desk, the overall service throughout the hotel needed improvement. Dining options were a letdown, with overpriced food that didn't quite meet expectations, especially during dinner buffets. It’s a great spot for skiing, but for a full experience including quality food and service, improvements are necessary.
My stay at the Kiroro Sheraton was quite an experience! The snowfall was incredible, making it a perfect spot for skiing. Although the rooms were a bit small compared to other Sheraton properties, the service was commendable. However, the lack of affordable dining options after dark left me a bit disappointed.
I had a fantastic stay at the resort, enjoying its beautiful scenery and convenient ski-in ski-out access. The buffet meals were not only tasty but offered a wide variety. However, there were limited dining options and not much nearby. The resort is definitely aimed at skiing enthusiasts, making it less ideal for those looking for diverse activities beyond skiing.
My family had an amazing ski trip at Kiroro. The snow conditions were incredible, with virtually no crowds on the slopes. The room was a great size for us and had stunning views, making it a perfect retreat after a day of skiing. However, I found that some dining options were hit or miss in terms of quality and service, which was a bit disappointing considering the hotel’s reputation. Overall, this place gave us great value for our ski trip.
Kiroro offers an impressive skiing experience with powdery snow and minimal crowds on the slopes, making it a great choice for families. The Sheraton's location near the mountain center is a definite plus, but the lack of activities and dining options in the hotel can leave you feeling somewhat stranded in the evenings. While the rooms are standard and comfortable, it’s not ideal if you’re hoping for lively après-ski options.
